I order from this Pizza hut often and normally only have great things to say but the last time I ordered I spent 50 dollars on pizza that was truly inedible. The pizza was so hard it couldn't even be bitten and I paid for extra cheese but there was barely any on it. The pizza was not burnt it was more like it sat out all day and was stale. The only reason I don't give a lower rating is the employees are nice at this location and past pizza but I don't have money to waste on pizza I just throw in the trash

I had a really positive experience with the customer service here 👍. The staff were polite, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I especially want to say thank you for providing the DoorDash pizza bag 🍕. Small things like that actually make a big difference because it helps keep the food hot and fresh during delivery. It shows that you care about the quality your customers receive even after the order leaves the restaurant. 😊 Thanks again for thinking about the little details that improve the overall experience. Great service and a thoughtful approach to making sure customers enjoy their meals just the way they should — warm, fresh, and delicious! 🔥

There was a mishap with my order tonight. Not only did this location take care of my order immediately, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was not disappointed and happy with my meal. Thank you.

Ordered delivery and received overcooked pizza. Contacted customer service and waited 4 business days for local Pizza Hut on 3rd ave to respond. No response from local Pizza Hut leadership so posted for everyone to avoid this location. I spent over $40 and received burn/overcooked food. Disgusting. Leadership did nothing.

I'm sharing this review because the last couple of times, it has not been good. We ordered the dinner box to be delivered at 7:30. I called at 8:00, apparently there was a computer error, finally received our order at 8:40. I feel like if I did not call, it would have been even later. We ordered the dinner box. One meat lovers with extra sauce, one half cheese / half pepperoni. Order was wrong(no extra sauce no half cheese) Pizza was burned, breadsticks were overcooked, pizzas were barely warm. The delivery guy was very nice though 😊
